The design was beautiful, but some of the crystal hearts were broken.

This has been my second order from you for two separate weddings of my daughters. The first was for picture frame coasters. Loved them. This daughter was slightly older so I knew her group of friends would just love the wine stopper. And the heart-shape helped repeat the hearts that were in her invitations and other decor. These are really good quality. Very happy with the individual gift boxes. But most of all, I was impressed with the speed with which they were delivered. I didn't find these until about 2 weeks before the wedding and was a little concerned about whether we would receive them in time. Or worse yet, if we'd get a back-ordered slip. I was elated to receive these within about 4-5 days after ordering them. I will definitely use you again. I have two more children yet to get married.
