The shoes are beautiful. They arrived in a timely manner. How about putting a recognizable item beside the shoe which will give us an idea of its size. One other problem, one arrived with tiny chips and there was no time to return the item. I believe you should make sure every item is checked thoroughly but I know it could have been broken in shipping.More may have been chipped but they were immediately wrapped to disburse for a retreat.

This item makes you feel like you really are in a fairy tale, I selected this item for my daughters Sweet Sixteen, which is going to be about Cinderella and my daughters dream can come true. It's a very delicate item and very precious.

I usually purchase these from another vendor in mass quantities, so when I found these so inexpensive, I was thrilled. The quality is good - nice packaging, but a little smaller in size than others I've ordered. My order might have been timely, but it wasn't. This apparantly was a result of another item that was out of stock for several weeks, so it held up my order. My advice is, if an item you're ordering is out of stock and you have multiple items, don't order together. They will not ship them separately - they are saving shipping costs, but your card is billed and you don't get your things until they can send them out at once. This was disappointing since most companies don't do this - it is not the customer's problem that they don't have the supplies. I must add, that they were responsive when I contacted them - I received an email right away, which was good, but it was basically saying that's the way they handle shipping, so no such luck in trying to get the item I really needed prior - they gave the option of canceling at that point, but who wants to go through that hassle when you've already been waiting weeks.
