Disappointed in the shipping of this item. The box was torn apart and looked like it went through a garbage disposal before being shipped to me.
From FavorFavor: I can assure you that the carton did not leave our warehouse in poor condition. UPS is usually excellent, but once in a while a carton does get mishandled.
