Ordered 145 heart jars for my daughters wedding and 16 were broken & some tops were dented. Customer service was great & shipped out replacements right away. When I got the replacements 3 were broken but I ended up not needing them. Maybe better packaging for shipment? After they were filled they were beautiful !! Great favors !!

Ordered over 200 of these jars for favors for my daughters wedding. One of the boxes delivered by UPS got water damaged from the recent hurricane resulting in 20 jars being broken. Customer service asked for a picture of the damaged jars and then immediately sent out a replacement. I filled them with fall m&m's and fall jelly bellies. They look great. Great product and great customer service!

I was pleased with this product. there was just one minor problem for me, that was I did not know the jars took so much candy. I used the jars at my baby shower.
