I ordered these for my sisters baby shower and when they came they were tiny little candles. The clear boxes they came in were all dented and the celaphane wrappers were dingy color like they were very old and not even sticking to the boX. No way on earth I would every use these. I called customer service to attempt to return them and the lady I spoke to was very rude to me, told me they only refund the purchase price not the shipping and they they subtract a %15 restocking fee and you have to pay to ship them back. I attempted to tell the lady how they were damaged, and she told me to take a picture of them and send it to her so she could determine if they were truly damaged. I was so disguested I hung up on the lady.
From FavorFavor: I am sorry that you received defective merchandise, and even more sorry that you did not give us a chance to remedy the situation. We do ask for emailed pictures with any damage claim. This allows us to assess the situation much more quickly than if we have to send UPS in to pick up the merchandise. It has been very effective and let us provide even better, faster service to our customers. Once again I am sorry that you did not allow us to help rectify the situation.
