The actual product was beautiful!..Unfortunately, 18 out of 100 vortices we purchased we broken upon opening the shipping boxes. I'm unsure of where the responsibility falls, of the packaging or did they become damaged during shipping? These were gifts for guests who attended our daughter's Baptism. Due to the shortage, we did not have enough to go home with each guest. Thank you, Toby Chixarro
