The frames were beautiful and packaged great. I'm using them as my wedding favors and out of 240 only 5 were broken so I'm impressed since they are glass and glass tends to break during shipping. Their customer service team was kind enough to offer a refund or send out new frames. I would recommend these frames to anyone
