I ordered these cute chairs for our wedding and was saddened when I opened the box to find 24 out of 144 broken. I e-mailed the customer service representation immediately and was pleasantly surprised when they were extremely accommodating. They asked me to send pictures of my broken chairs and overnight 24 new chairs the next day. I was extremely appreciative of their quick response and determination to fix this issue with their suppliers.

These chairs are doubling as my escort cards and favors for girls - they can hold a 4x6 photo after the wedding for my guests! the only thing is that the white cards with roses don't come with them - its like an orange card, no flower

The chairs are very cute and seem to be well made. Our wedding is coming up so we haven't used them yet, but they don't appear to be too fragile for being hauled to the location. Seems like a very good, economical buy!

Nice product. Not chinsey. None were broken when we opened the package although some did break when my 12 yo daughter tossed them into a box. Only reason it took off a star was because some of the slits slanted the card but that may have been intentional.
