So these guys came to me (Washington state) all the way from NY. And unfortunately more then half of them were tossed against the box and broken or the brown paint smeared here and there ... I reached out ASAP to customer service and they were very prompt about sending me replacements! I really appreciate that. If this happens to you make sure you take pictures and get a hold of them as soon as you can. These candles (when not destroyed by the postal system) are adorable. I bought them as party favors along with the monkey picture frames for my son's 1st birthday party. Thank you guys for being an awesome company that not only sells items for a great price (if I didn't live so far away I really would have got a good deal! Shipping to WA was $15) but you guys also handle your customers the right way. I do see me buying from here again! 5 stars, happy consumer :) *****
