I ordered 30 of these wines glasses and they were delivered to me exactly when promised and designed as requested to the letter. They were extremely well packaged in a large box filled with bubble wrap with several layers of wrapping paper over the top. Each set of glasses was enclosed in a box specially for glasses and the third box which had only 6 glasses had wrapping paper folded up in the empty holders. I was really impressed with the care to ensure all the glasses arrived intact-they did-and just how beautiful they were. I would order from them again in a heartbeat. My only comment on the 9 oz glasses is they were a little smaller than I thought but great size for a brandy or cognac. They'll make great party keepsakes, which is what I ordered them for and be sure to order the boxes with the clear fronts when ordering them as well. The glasses fit perfectly in the boxes and they each come with attachable bows. Very Reasonably Priced, Excellent Service, Excellent Quality and Made in the USA!

Ordered the glasses with a bit of a worry as i had less then 3 weeks before the event. I called the vendor and was told that i have nothing to worry about. And even though i paid express shipping fee, i dont need it. They refunded me the extra shipping fee and sent everything on-time. Everything was packed well and nothing broke. Very happy.
