They are beautiful love them the only problem I ordered one hundred five came broken I didn't want a refund for the five that was broken I just wanted a replacement they couldn't replace them because they said it's custom order I wish they would replace them now I have to pay another 29 dollars plus the price for the glass other than that they're beautiful

I ordered 75 of these and 11 came broken. I'm so disappointed because it is such a neat product. I tried to follow up with the delivery service in regards to the broken ones but I received no answer. They're a bit smaller than a regular champagne flute but they're pretty. I'm so sad mine are broken. They all came in a very very large box
