I received the candles and personalized labels promptly and as shown.The only problem was the delivery service. Even though the box clearly stated "FRAGILE", the driver rang the bell, then tossed the box over the fence. Fortunately nothing was broken.

The product ordered is practical - reasonably priced along with being able to add ur own touch, ie: labels - adding a pic - date and names... The process to add is a little complex and some of the dates (on my order) was out of the margins, therefore cutting off some of the "added touch"... Other than that - it's a good product and would recommend...

I ordered these for my sister's baby shower as favors for the guest. They were a hit with everyone! The candle was frosted which gave it a more luxurious look. And the packaging was also on point. But the best feature of this product, was that I got to create the custom sticker. I would definitely buy again for upcoming events. As well as recommend to family and friends for their events!

i liked the overall quality of the candles. The only complaint is that one box was packed more carefully with the other. one looked very clean & with seperators, but the other was not, and the plastic didn't look as clean. one of the candles came broken.
