I ordered 60 frames for gifts I was making for a bridal shower on a Friday morning and desperately needed them by the upcoming Wednesday. When ordering, they have a space to write any instructions you may have, and I wrote that I needed the frames by the next Wednesday! Guess when my frames arrived ~ yep! Wednesday!! All 60 of them were in excellent condition ~ nothing broken, chipped or scratched in any way. They are beautiful, classy, sturdy, elegant, . . . absolutely perfect!! I ordered the gold beaded favor frames, and when I received them they were a an orange color instead of gold. The picture on the website did not match what I received. I was going to return them but was notified that I'd hVe to pay the $21 in shipping to ship them back, no thanks! I ended up having to spray paint them white.
