I ordered these as favors for my daughter in law baby shower. They arrived before the estimated delivery date they are very good quality and I look forward to giving these out to our guests. The only thing that could make these better is if you had the option to change the color of the tea light ,but I'm extra so it may just be me. LOL

The candle was very nice but I was extremely disappointed to find out that the customized tags I ordered were not attached and that the candles were lopsided. I had to literally open them one by one, fix the candle, close them back up, cut the strings where the tag is attached, attach the new tag and glue it under the bow. I paid for something to be made not for me to make adjustments. Other than that, I liked them but the fixing of it was very time consuming and lets just say, I won't order anything customized ever again.

Always make sure to check the return policy before ordering anything!! Especially from this website. I ordered these Crown Votives on April 30th 2019 for my mother's surprise party on May 18th. To my surprise, we had a handful or less arrive damaged, which we realized AFTER we gave them out at the party. We had friends and family call us stating their crown was broken. It's safe to say we were embarrassed. I contacted Customer Service on 5/29 and the representative said "this is why we give you 2 weeks to inspect the merchandise so we can file a claim w/ the vendor" Wow! So in the midst of planning a surprise party which meant visiting venues, ordering additional supplies, and working full time, I was supposed to check each and every single votive (qty: 50) I ordered (I ordered 40 elephant votives separately). I didn't want to return the broken ones, I just wanted new ones. I am extremely disappointed and will be sure to order party favors for future events elsewhere. Thank you.

We simply ask for a photo (taken with a phone is fine) of the damaged item so that we can process a refund or replacement. Think of it this way - let's say you bought a gift in a department store. You gave the gift to someone and they called you and told you it was scratched. You went back to the department store without the item to ask for a refund. Do you think they would give you your money back without physically returning the item? Of course not. We make it even easier. All we ask for is a photo of the damaged item - not even for it to be returned to us. I'm sorry you are disappointed, but we stand by our policy and believe it is fair.
